AI Tools Disclaimer & Disclosure

1.1 What the AI Tools Do. Ryze10/X offers AI-powered tools designed to assist users with career development, professional branding, and business execution tasks. AI Tools include, but are not limited to, features that provide:

(i) Resume creation, review, and optimization; (ii) LinkedIn profile optimization and suggestions; (iii) career coaching and career path guidance; (iv) interview preparation and feedback; (v) cover letter and professional correspondence drafting; (vi) business planning and strategy suggestions; (vii) professional skills assessment and development recommendations; (viii) job search and application assistance; (ix) personal branding guidance; (x) networking strategy suggestions; (xi) professional goal-setting and accountability support; (xii) business operations and execution guidance; and (xiii) general professional development Q&A.

Ryze10/X may add, modify, or discontinue AI Tools at any time without notice.

1.2 How the AI Tools Work. AI Tools are powered by third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), and are delivered through integrations with Netlify and custom-built chat interfaces. When you use an AI Tool, your input (text, prompts, uploaded documents) is transmitted to these third-party AI providers, which generate a response that is returned to you through the Ryze10/X platform.

1.3 Fully Automated. All AI Tool output is generated entirely by automated systems. No human reviews, verifies, edits, or approves AI-generated output before it is delivered to you. You are the sole reviewer of any AI output you receive.

2.1 No Professional Advice. AI Tool output does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, career counseling, employment, human resources, mental health, or business advice. AI Tools are informational and assistive in nature only.

2.2 No Professional Relationship. Your use of AI Tools does not create any professional-client relationship between you and Ryze10/X, including but not limited to any attorney-client, fiduciary, counselor-client, or advisory relationship.

2.3 Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment. AI Tools are not a substitute for the independent judgment of a qualified professional. If your situation requires professional advice — including career counseling, legal counsel, financial planning, or business consulting — you should consult a licensed or qualified professional in the relevant field.

3.1 Accuracy Not Guaranteed. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely incorrect. AI systems can produce responses that appear authoritative but contain factual errors, fabricated information, or unfounded recommendations. Ryze10/X does not verify the accuracy of any AI output.

3.2 Not Personalized Professional Guidance. While AI Tools may generate responses tailored to your inputs, this does not constitute personalized professional guidance. The AI does not know your full circumstances, has no professional training, and cannot exercise judgment the way a qualified human professional would.

3.3 Not Unique. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique to you. Other users submitting similar inputs may receive identical or substantially similar output. You should not rely on AI output as original or proprietary content without your own review and modification.

3.4 Potential Bias. AI systems may reflect biases present in their training data. Output may contain unconscious biases related to gender, race, age, industry, geography, or other factors. You should critically evaluate all AI output for potential bias before relying on it.

3.5 No Guarantee of Results. Ryze10/X makes no representation or guarantee that using AI Tools will lead to any particular outcome, including but not limited to job offers, interviews, career advancement, business success, or any other professional or personal result.

4.1 Review Before Use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and verifying all AI-generated output before using, relying on, submitting, publishing, or sharing it in any context. This includes reviewing resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, business plans, and any other materials generated by AI Tools before submitting them to employers, clients, business partners, or any third party.

4.2 Accuracy of Inputs. The quality and relevance of AI output depends on the inputs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to AI Tools is accurate and complete. AI Tools will process whatever you provide — including inaccurate information — without independent verification.

4.3 Compliance with Third-Party Terms. When using AI-generated content on third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, job boards, or employer application systems), you are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms of service, including any policies regarding AI-generated content.

4.4 Sensitive Information. You should exercise caution when submitting sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information) to AI Tools. While Ryze10/X implements commercially reasonable security measures, AI Tool inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers and are subject to those providers’ data practices.

5.1 Third-Party Technology. AI Tools rely on technology provided by third-party AI services, including OpenAI. Ryze10/X does not control the underlying AI models, training data, or processing methods used by these providers.

5.2 Third-Party Terms. Your use of AI Tools may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of third-party AI providers, including OpenAI’s usage policies. Ryze10/X is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

5.3 Data Transmission. When you use AI Tools, your inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. By using AI Tools, you acknowledge and consent to this transmission. For more information about how your data is handled, see the Ryze10/X Privacy Policy.

5.4 Service Availability. AI Tool availability depends on the availability of third-party AI services. Ryze10/X does not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI Tools and is not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes caused by third-party providers.

6.1 Your Ownership of Output. As between you and Ryze10/X, you own the AI-generated output produced through your use of the AI Tools, subject to the limitations set forth in the Terms of Service.

6.2 No Guarantee of Originality. Ryze10/X does not warrant that AI output is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI output does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6.3 License to Inputs. By submitting inputs to AI Tools, you grant Ryze10/X and its third-party AI providers the right to process those inputs for the purpose of generating AI output. Ryze10/X may also use aggregated, anonymized data derived from AI Tool usage to improve the Services.

AI TOOLS AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. RYZE10/X EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. RYZE10/X DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI TOOLS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, PRODUCE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OUTPUT, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYZE10/X SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON AI TOOLS OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR BUSINESS LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RYZE10/X HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE AI TOOLS.

Ryze10/X may update this Disclosure at any time by posting the revised version on our platform and updating the “Effective Date” above. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of AI Tools after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclosure.
